My name is Soniya and Welcome to my Web Shop panoplysilver.com, it’s been a great story how I have come to start my website.
I was fascinated with gemstone and jewelry since my childhood .My Dad is a Gemstone Cutter in Jaipur (INDIA), so I have grown up looking all these stones from childhood and because of this passion only I have complete my jewelry designing in 2010 from IIGJ Institute Jaipur. But being born and brought up in traditional family, I got married in 2011 and did not get time to fulfill my dream. Then I became Mother of two Cute Children Dhruvansh & Dhruvik. Now as they are growing and I started getting time to fulfill my passion so I started working on my passion through an e-commerce site which I started early in the year. Initially it was a part time work for me but my love for Jewellery guides me to take this part time to full time. I and my team devoted our days and nights to make 925 sterling silver Jewellery with authentic gemstones.
Manufacturing and selling Jewellery is not just an earning money for me it is my passion my love, so I always tried to give best jewelry to our customers with affordable prices. We are always appreciated by our customers for best service, best craftsmanship.
We want to show our efforts to the world so we (me and my team) decided to launch a website through which we can sell the affordable yet the best quality jewelry and service.

How can I measure my ring size?
To measure the ring size, take a string of thread and wrap it around the finger at its base and mark a point where it completes one circle. Measure the length of the thread on a ruler. Find the ring size in the conversion chart for the corresponding length.
Do you provide any authenticity andcertification for the metal and stone?
Yes, we do 925 stamping on all our silver products and provide authenticity certificate of gemstone on customer demand.
What is the manufacturingand shipping time?
Manufacturing time for an order will be 3-5 working days. With economic shipping and order would take 5-12 to get delivered. Express shipping is also available on an additional cost of $30.
Do you offerdifferent types of plating?
Yes, we offer micron plating (1 Micron, 2 Micron and 2.5 Micron plating “Vermeil”) Rose gold and yellow gold plating. Our all micron plating will come with palladium plating for long life of the plating.
What all are the payment methods?
You can pay via Paypal or via credit card.
How can I track my order?
After we ship your order, we will provide you the tracking number and will also keep you updated your order status.
